Description
As the battles under the Gnarlwood intensify, warbands struggle to establish control over even the smallest areas of the rootmaze. Get stuck into Warhammer Underworlds or mix up your game with the complete Fearsome Fortress Rivals deck, usable by any warband - including those from past seasons. These cards can be used as a standalone deck in Rivals games, mixed with a warband's unique cards for Nemesis games, or used to build a deck from the ground-up in Relic games. This deck doesn’t include any spells, so warbands from any season can put it to good use. Each card is brand new to the game, focused on using feature tokens to create defensible positions. Board control warbands such as the Sons of Velmorn, Skittershank’s Clawpack, Hexbane's Hunters, and Grinkrak’s Looncourt will find Fearsome Fortress particularly suited to their play style.
This deck contains a 32-card universal Rivals deck, consisting of:
- 12x objective cards
- 10x gambit cards
- 10x upgrade cards
- 1x plot card with additional rules for using the Fearsome Fortress deck
You'll need a Warhammer Underworlds warband, including their fighter cards, to use the contents of this deck.
The Rivals format is designed to be the most accessible way to play Warhammer Underworlds, as players face off using pre-made decks in a test of skill.

We grade trading cards using the Cardmarket condition scale. Card grading is subjective, so minor differences in judgement can occur.
Near Mint (NM) – Very clean condition with little to no visible wear.
Excellent (EX) – Light signs of handling or minor edge/surface wear.
Good (GD) – Noticeable wear, but still generally presentable and playable.
Light Played (LP) – Clear signs of regular play, such as edge wear, surface marks or small imperfections.
Played (PL) – Heavy visible wear or damage, but the card remains usable.
Poor (PO) – Significant damage, alteration or wear.
Foil cards are assessed particularly carefully for scratches, creasing and clouding, as these defects are more visible on foil surfaces. Damage such as bends, water damage and altered/inked borders can significantly reduce a card’s grade.
