Change-of-mind returns
For eligible online purchases, you may tell us that you wish to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
We do not cover the cost of return postage for accepted change-of-mind returns. Please contact us before returning an item so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.
Goods should be returned in the condition reasonably expected after inspection. Where an item has been handled beyond what would reasonably be necessary to establish its nature, characteristics or condition, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value, where permitted by law.
Trading-card singles and graded cards
Trading-card singles and graded cards may be returned in accordance with the above return window.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were supplied. Any damage, alteration, removal from protective packaging, or other handling that reduces their value may affect the amount refunded.
Used miniatures
Used miniatures may be returned in accordance with the above return window.
Because used miniatures are individually photographed and described, please return the complete item, including all components supplied with it. Any alteration after delivery—such as additional painting, stripping, assembly, disassembly or modification may result in a reduction in refund where it has diminished the item's value.
New miniatures, sealed TCG products and hobby products
These products may be returned in accordance with the above return window.
Where packaging has been opened or damaged, we will assess whether the item's value has been reduced. Where permitted by law, we may deduct an amount reflecting that reduction in value.
Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items
The above change-of-mind rules do not affect your statutory rights.
If an item is faulty, damaged in transit, not as described or incorrectly supplied, contact us at 7thcitycollectables@gmail.com with your order number and details of the problem.
Refunds
Once a returned item has been received and checked, we will process any refund due.
